Trendline Facility Services was founded in Houston with a simple belief: businesses deserve a facility services partner they can depend on.
Founded by a retired U.S. military veteran and MBA graduate, Trendline was built around principles developed through years of leadership and service—integrity, discipline, accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to the mission.
Those values shape how we operate today.
